THE BOOK’S STRUCTURE

PANDÉCT (Ancient Greek «containing everything», «all-receiving») — a comprehensive collection of works that serves as a keimelion.
SELÍS (Ancient Greek «book») — a self-contained part of the pandect (e.g. «Evor»).
SÝNTAGMA (Ancient Greek «book», «arrangement in a certain order») — a book that unites a series of mithevmas sharing a common characteristic.
MÍTHEVMA (Ancient Greek «(that which is) told», «the thing narrated») — an individual work, a self-contained text composed of logions and, when necessary, divided into enons.
ENÓN (Ancient Greek «contained») — a part of the mithevma, roughly corresponding to a chapter.
LÓGION (Ancient Greek «saying») — an individual sentence, a distinct unit that forms part of both the mithevma and the enon.


KIMÉLION (Ancient Greek «carefully preserved property», «value», «treasure») — a body of texts (or an individual text, or a part thereof) belonging to the Teaching of the United Temple and having special significance for it.
